Thanks so much for your help. But it seems that I've "discovered" what happened to the lost Music subdir. As I was about to sync (Freesync) my ebook subdir to an external drive, I was surprised that the amount of data for syncing was so huge. Answer: the Music subdir was included. So I deleted the one I created a few days back but found that I couldn't delete all the contents so I just renamed it. I then moved the Music subdir to its rightful place. Problem solved... or so I thought. I couldn't access two of the subdirs under Music. Whenever I try it says "Access Denied". It seems like there is no owner of these inaccessible folder. All of my other folders have as their owner: Domain\nobody. I tried to change the ownership but I can't. When I try to do it, a Windows Security dialog opens asking me for a Username/Password for an account that has access to the ReadyNAS. I tried to use the admin/password or one of the accounts I've authorized but it only produces an error "object nobody not found or something." Do you have any advise... before I close the case with Tech Support? Or would you suggest that I let Tech Support assist me with my "Access Denied" issue. Thanks in advance... as always.
