Lost Telnet access ReadyNAS 2120

Netgear ReadyNAS 2120 Model: RN2120 After updating firmware to 6.8.1, I can no longer telnet to the device using admin username and password. Any ideas? Thanks!!!!

I can only telnet into a ReadyNAS if it is in tech support mode. Otherwise it says "connection refused".

Did you really mean SSH?
