It is probably easier to add the ReadyNAS Time Machine as an additional backup source on the Mac, and let it do a full sync. The Mac Time Machine client has supported multiple backup destinations for a while now - OS X Yosemite: Use multiple backup disks - Apple Support
Once completed, you can remove the LaCie Backup destination from the Time Machine client.

The eSATA on both the Lacie and the RN102 are intended to connect to disks - not other NAS or PCs. So I think step 1 will fail.
On the RN102, timemachine backups are kept in a hidden timemachine folder in the data volume (.timemachine). I'm not a Mac user, so I don't know whether you will be able to restore the backups from the RN102 after you move them.
