Most efficient way to move files between shares

WinSCP is a Windows GUI for SCP (secure copy, in linux parlance):

Backup job, not batch job. :wink:
You can just create a backup job in Frontview to copy files to/from a USB drive that is attached to the NAS:

The files will just move between USB and the NAS, and won't have to traverse the network. WinSCP will work in the same way, but offer much more flexibility, as you will be able to work at a much more granular level (individual files & folders, as opposed to just folders).
