Can I turn off Energy Efficient Ethernet on a gs348?

I wanted the simplicity and low cost of an unmanaged switch, so I bought a GS348 for my home network. Unfortunately, I have a music server upstairs that can't reliably operate other than for a short while before losing its handshake to my DAC. The server's manufacturer wants me to disable Energy Efficient Ethernet as they think that might be the cause of the problem, but I don't see a way to do so because I can't access an unmanaged switch from a browser. They now want me to buy and have installed a managed switch. Before I do that, is there any way for me to turn off this setting?
