Most efficient way to move files between shares

no, when you SSH in to your nas, its just like opening a command prompt, everything runs within the command prompt. The commands you enter are executed as soon as you press enter.
the process does take place on the nas, but you still must be connected.
I am not sure why this is all being so difficult, you can connect to the admistrative C share using the admin login as indicated in the thread already, and from there you can move files and folders from anywhere within the C share.
Yes, it works fine with moving files, but I need copy files, not move them.
