Moving files between shares
I'm moving files around on my ready nas, having setup backup jobs to copy all my data from an external USB drive to my shares. Problem is, it's shockingly slow, taking hours to move folders of a few...

As far as I know, you can't do it using AFP. You can use CIFS and use the same method, but be advised that CIFS does not support the same character set as AFP, so there may be a few issues:
