MTU change not persistent

ok...I have removed the teaming from switch and NVX. At least with this setting any changed MTU value is persistent even after reboot.
Seems to be a bug in RAIDator that the MTU is not persistent if teaming is activated.
Jumbo frames is still not working.
From SSH of NVX I´m pinging the switch. But with frames > 1472 (1500) the ping is lost.
I can live without the jumbo frames....although would be nice to know if this improves the performance or not
But the MTU reset after boot is nasty

ip link listreports MTU 9000 for eth0, but somehow the negotiation between switch and NIC sticks to standard MTU
