Should be able to wipe what's in /tmp. Don't delete the /tmp directory itself though.
Do
Anything that's on your data volume will show as a symlink e.g. /media will show as a symlink to /c/media
Ignore /dev /proc and /sys and look in the other directories. There has to be something taking up lots of space somewhere that shouldn't be. Look at directories such as /opt/ /usr
It can be a laborious and time consuming process homing in on the problem. There's probably be a directory or file somewhere which is several hundred MB more than it should be.
