NAS Died
Hi! Ive got a problem, my NAS is dead. Its raided with 2 disks to be "safe". Question is, is it possible to save the data of the disks? Buying a new Radynas or whatever? 10 years ago i lost ...

RAID isn't enough to keep your data safe - you can only do that if you have backups on other devices.
From your post I am assuming that you have a duo v1. That runs 4.1.x firmware. Please confirm the model, using the guide here: http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how-to-tell-whether-i-have-a-duo-v1-or-duo-v2-or-nv-v1-or-nv-v2/ The labels are confusing, so please do check the guide.
If you have access to a windows PC, you can install r-linux for windows ( http://www.r-tt.com/free_linux_recovery/ ) and hook up drive 1 to the PC. If the disk is healthy, it should be able to read the files.
Note you can use a sata->USB adapter for this (so it can be done with a laptop).
