NAS to NAS Rsync Backup
Hello, i´m new here and i tried a lot of posts for my problem - nothing worked - so here´s the problem:
i want to backup one share on a local ReadyNAS NVX to a remote ReadyNas 2100 via Rsync with SSH
the remote NAS has a public IP with dyndns, the simple error-message ist: Fehler beim Verbinden
- i exported and imported the SSH-keyfile
- i opened the remote Firewall for SSH to the remote NAS there
I tried to connect via FTP, that works ! But not the above way via rsync with SSH
Any ideas ?

- Is port 22 forwarded in the remote system's router?

- What version of RAIDiator are you running on each of the units?

- yes, i did and i now found the problem :-)
the name of the remote-share was "nas-home" and this was the problem ! i changed the name to "nashome" and it works !!!
