Thanks for all the comments. I am benchmarking. I just did Raid 10, pretty disappointing, I will share results when I get more done. Problem is when I destroyed the volume and then created a raid 6 one it takes like 20 hours to rebuild. Can't believe it takes so long, hurry up and wait!

Edit: Actually after 30 minutes, Raid 6 build is saying it is going to take 50 hours still. What on earth takes so long?
