Need help, almost ready to return this thing

Just got home and readynas had solid blue light and cannot see it with RAIDr
so held power button for 10 seconds , nothing. Had to pull the power and restart it
RAIDr recognized it, said booting, then fistems check 100%, then disappeared and RAIDr cannot see it anymore.
able to ping netgear but web intereface is not rtesponding
now what?
