Need help selecting backup/RN features #24580559
Ok, I am having some difficulty translating RN features into function ;) I have ReadyNAS 316 16TB RAID6 in XRAID2 mode. I have created some shares and mapped a windows 7 drive to backup a bunch ...
1. I think this is the ReadySync feature included on the ReadyCloud, once you install readycloud client app there should be an option to do an automatic backup-like sync.
In addition to this, you might also want to check Egnyte Storage Sync for readynas.

2. ReadyDrop works like dropbox but does not use dropbox.

3. Yes, you will have to enable readycloud first to download. You will have to create an account to get the apps/client software.
