Here's a happy note :?
Tried to contact support.
1. Tried chat. Give s/n. Sorry, we don't support that, medium level support is a phone call.
2. Tried calling. 'In order to get support, go online and open a case number, then call back'
3. And...now it is after 5pm. Support site says support is only 9am-5pm local time, so out of luck.
Really? :evil:
Don't think I was meant to have a ReadyNAS ;)
