Ahh..right you are! :D The limited support hours notice has an asterisk before it. I took it as a footnote. Upon closer look, the grayed out other countries than US also have an asterisk in front of them :oops:
Thanks for the link to the other discussion. It appears that there really isn't any way to sync YOUR OWN FILES in the LOCATION YOU WANT, just whatever and wherever NG feels like putting them. Is that the gist of the discussion?
If so, that is really...Lame, useless, amateurish, (pick your adjective)...software.
