NetworkedinPA: I get the frustration (and I think mdgm does too). ReadyCloud still needs a lot of work. That has to be obvious to the dev and product management teams. Hopefully they will address the problems quickly, or at least show some substantial progress.
FWIW, at my company (not Netgear), all reports are reviewed and reclassified anyway. Bugs turn into feature requests; feature requests turn into bugs; priorities are set. I think mdgm is saying that Netgear does the same.
It would less stressful if the agent could simply enter your classification (bug or feature), especially when it is being reviewed again. Having the agent reclassify it always makes the person reporting it feel that they weren't really heard (and the customer's view is more important than the agent's - so it ought to flow upstream).
