    Disk 12 stopped responding, which caused the array to go degraded.  More recent firmware versions would have done a better job of informing you which disk had the issue -- the firmware version you're running is approaching 2 years old now.

     

    It may just be a temporary glitch with that disk.  I'd suggest updating the firmware to the latest version (6.8.1 currently, with 6.9.0 coming soon).  It will probably start resyncing the array automatically, and if there are errors detected during that process it will notify you.
