Netgear RN424
Hi I was hoping to get some guidance on this NAS. This NAS has been working flawlessly for a few years now but earlier this week it went down. No one in my office knows anything about it and i want to help them out as much as possible. It looks like there is still information on one of the drives but I dont know how to access it. Im hoping to save as many files as i can from this and if anyone can steer me in the right direction it would greatly be appreciated

Understanding the next steps requires analyzing the logs. I can take a look at them if you like.
Download the full log zip file from the logs page, and put it into cloud storage (Dropbox, google drive, etc). Then send me a PM (private message) using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page with a link to the log zip. Make sure the link permissions allow anyone with the link to download the file.
