NetGear VPN Activation Failed
Activation failed with code: 11
is my code not right? what do I do?

FizzTags - is this really a ReadyNAS question? (You posted it in the ReadyNAS forum)? Or are you trying to get a VPN working in your router? If that latter, can you give details of the router?
The ReadyNAS products do not include a VPN feature. So if this is a ReadyNAS, it would be helpful to know what add-on you are trying to use.

No this is for the app Bitdefender Netgear VPN on windows computer. I bought an activaction code and the code didn't work and spit out code:11

You should reach out to Netgear support. (This is a user-to-user forum, and neither CrimpOn nor I work for Netgear).

It would help to know which model of ReadyNAS is the subject of this question. (there are dozens)
A link to the page in the User Manual describing how to set up VPN would be useful as well.
