Network crashing during file transfer
Hello,
I recently upgraded to a router with gigabit Ethernet and wireless AC. My new router is a TPLink Archer C7 while my old router was a Rosewill L600N.
I've always had my ReadyNAS crash during large file transfers, but now during a large file transfer my entire router will crash sometimes; this is totally unacceptable. Only the NAS used to crash during a large file transfer (sometimes a transfer as small as 400mb), and I have dealt with this issue a long time; it would normally have to be fixed by a reboot of the NAS. I have tried various settings tweaks on my router and on my NAS but I have still faced instability. Now the entire network is crashing. I think maybe it has to do with a router setting as only the NAS would crash before but now the entire network and internet access is crashing for everyone; I then have to reboot the router. It does seem like the crash is much less frequent when I am wired to my router, but I prefer to use wireless. It's almost like the wireless traffic is getting jumbled up. I've checked for disk errors and network errors but I haven't seen anything. Which logs should I specifically inspect?
I use a ReadyNAS Pro 2 with redundant raid. If anyone would like to assist me please let me know what logs/setup information you require and I will do my best to post it. By now, I am really tired of instability issues. Thank you in advance for your replies.

- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserDoes the network become stable when you disconnect the pro's ethernet cable? If so, does it become unstable again when you reconnect?
Have you enabled jumbo frames? If so, try disabling them again.
