I agree there is something not quite right about private shares in 6.0.4. I can't access the admin private share even with admin credentials. I can see the shares for other users, but I can only see the data if I use their credentials.
We went through this before with the v2. The admin needs access to all the files - ideally through the OS6 admin web pages and also AFP, CIFS. With the new platform that includes the ability to delete snapshots associated with those folders. Somehow Netgear loses track of that fairly obvious requirement.
