Well it should just continue the resync when you boot up again.
That resync time is to long. I have a 316 with five 4tb drives in Xraid with dual redundancy, a resync takes <24 hours.
When you power down I would also test all the disks using vendor tools. I do this with all new ( and used) disks before use in the nas.
