New readynas 516 but no PLEX

Hi, when I did the OS re-install, the Plex app was not working or enabled. There's no way to remove it from the control panel that the user is given...it appears that it is in fact just a stub. I've updated the case again, according to the systemd-journal.log, apt is puking over unmet dependencies:
