New ReadyNAS nv+ v2 very slow connection

How can it be so slow when I copy file from my Mac to my PC and both are using wifi G.
and the speed I get when copy file from computer to computer with the wifi and no computer are wired and I get the speed about
10 to 20 mbit/s.
and it's almost impossible to stream HD media from the nas to the blu-ray but no problem streaming from computer to the blu-ray and the blu-ray is wifi connected too.
I even get more speed from the internet to my mac when downloading so how can it be that the nas is slower than my internet. (ADSL 2+)
