New users cannot access any ReadyNAS shares after latest firmware update
After the FW upgrade of my Ready NAS 102 requested from Netgear, all users created after the upgrade cannot access any public or specific shared folders nor any specific folder of newly added users(s...
I finnayl managed to get new user(s) access to shares and even home foleder. Keep the e-email address of user(s) no longer than 32 characters (make less for sure), Then install ReadyCloud app, log-in, create neccessary backup folders and forget the app. Now you will be able to map any shares.

Try logging in your ReadyCLOUD on a desktop mobile app on Android and iOS. Mine just created a home folder via brixxxxxx@gmail.com and can access its contents on the admin page. With regard to your invited (secondary) ReadyCLOUD users, where they able to migrate their accounts successfully with their own or respective MyNETGEAR accounts? Once the invitation has been sent, they need to confirm it via e-mail before they can gain access to the shares.
