NFS Static Port
Hi,
I have a Netgear ReadyNAS 102. I like to get it possible to mount a NFS Share of it on a Remote Server. But I can only forward fixed Ports on my Router. The Netgear Support doesn't wan't to help me. I tried to modify the /etc/sysconfig/nfs file, but still the same issue. What can I do?
Thanks
Berkutta

- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserMy RN102 doesn't have /etc/sysconfig/nfs. Do you mean you created it, or do you have it on your NAS?
I don't think this is a good idea. What are you wanting to accomplish? - berkuttaAspirantYeah, it doesn't had the file. But this shall be normal. I want to get the NFS Share Public on the Internet. So I need to forward the Ports. But I don't want to do DMZ to my NAS. So I need specific Ports to forward. And there is the Problem. NFS has in the normal state no specific Ports. Does anybody have any Idea how I can solve this?
