No volumes exits, remove inactive volumes to use the disk. Disk #2,3,4.
All volumes on the readynas are gone. Further I get a message to "Remove inactive volumes to use the disk. disk #2, 3, 4. Can someone please help me get stated with this, I have uploaded logs to netgear support but have not heard anything back from them; do they not respond to queries?
Hello mstevensjr,
I checked the System_log-ras-readynas-20170815-113623 as I believe that is the latest. It appears your ReadyNAS 104 is running 6.7.5 firmware. I found almost all of your disks have gone bad.

There are some data recovery services available on the Internet, Netgear does have too but this is beyond the support scope that you may need to purchase the data recovery service contract.

Hello mstevensjr,
You have mentioned that all volumes are gone, so I assume we do not have data to recovery anymore, is that right?
Maybe you could upload the logs at www.wikisend.com and PM me the download link as I do not have access to the email address where you sent the logs.
Welcome to the community!
