Not able to see NAS V2 in Mac Finder

I'm unable to see the NAS V2 in my MaC's Finder.  IP address of the laptop's wifi and the NAS (found via Raider) is the same except for the last digit.  The NAS is connected to the same wifi router as the pc is paired to.

Laptop is running OS X El Cappitan 10.11.3

Product code is: ReadyNASRND2000v2 which is not listed in the pull down.

Firmware:  RAIDiator 5.3.11

Many thanks

Gerry

    Hello grpenrose,

Which file protocol did you use? SMB or AFP?

Maybe you can check on the dashboard if at least one of them is enabled.

    Welcome to the community!

    Regards,

Thanks for helping out here.  SMB, AFP, HTTP HTTPS, genie and ReadyDLNA are all enabled.

Are they simply turned on, or have you set up share that are configured to use them?
