Yes, it should all be fixed in 6.7.0, which is currently available as a public beta.

0.pool.ntp.org works for me (I'm in the US), as do the built-in netgear time servers.
Do the Netgear time servers also fail (for instance time-e.netgear.com)?

Doesn't matter which one I choose, they all fail. Non of them "sticks". Here's a quick screen grab so can see what I see: http://sendvid.com/0bl6a91k

That is definitely wrong, the synchronize box should remain checked.
You have email alerts working, correct? If so, the NAS is able to reach the internet.
Maybe PM mdgm-ntgr and see if Netgear wants to look at the logs.

Yes, email alerts work, and the NAS can access the internet withtout problems.

If you download the logs do the Time Servers you've specified show in network_settings.log ?
Have you checked for a browser caching issue (i.e. have you cleared your web browser cache, closed your web browser and then reopened the web admin page and checked if your settings change has stuck?).- EKroboterFeb 10, 2017Apprentice
Downloaded the logs, this is what I see in network_settings.log:
Timeservers = [ ] Timeservers.Configuration = [ 192.168.1.220 ]
The time server is there, but I think there should be something between the brackets.
It's a not a broser cache issue. I've tried with IE, Chrome and Safari, clearing the caches didn't help.
Any wat that I can edit these settings manually?
