XS716T Non-Persistent Configuration Setting
Hi,
We are running the following switch:
XS716T ProSAFE 16-Port 10-Gigabit Smart Managed Switch,
Firmware version 6.6.0.11.
How would one configure this unit to use non-persistent saving (as one could using other such devices)?
As for example, if we were to break the config while configuring - we would not be able to just reboot it, to restore it to the previous functional level?

Netgear Smart Managed Plus and Smart Managed Pro automatically saving the config changes when applied. No "other" Cisco IOS here, or competitive units where users constantly forget to save changes and wonder where all the changes are gone following a reboot, power loss, ... There are pros and cons on every design.

If the unlucky admin is rendering the switch access to be no longer reachable - well, as I said. Pros and cons. A simple reboot by a local cable handler doesn't help.
