NV+ 4.1.10 upgrade failed
I have just had a similar problem to others on here after upgrading their NV+ to 4.1.10 - unit says 'Booting....' and then just hangs indefinitely with no sign of activity and cannot be seen RAIDar. ...

Success!! I did a factory default. This finally enabled the unit to recognize all four drives. It then took several hours to resync the volume. Once that resync completed successfully, I downloaded an image of the 4.1.10 firmware update to my computer and did a local update on the ReadyNAS. That completed successfully. I restored my configuration from backup and I am now reloading the files to the ReadyNAS from backup.
