NV+ 4.1.10 upgrade failed
I have just had a similar problem to others on here after upgrading their NV+ to 4.1.10 - unit says 'Booting....' and then just hangs indefinitely with no sign of activity and cannot be seen RAIDar. ...
The only time I ever had a problem w/my NV+ was when attempting to update the firmware, with a new 1GB SODIMM installed. I had certainly done extensive memory tests on that SODIMM, and it appeared to be perfect, but I still had an ugly failure trying to upgrade. Maybe just a coincidence, but in any case it spooked me and I returned my NV+ to original 256MB and have not looked back.
