NV+ 4.1.10 upgrade failed
I have just had a similar problem to others on here after upgrading their NV+ to 4.1.10 - unit says 'Booting....' and then just hangs indefinitely with no sign of activity and cannot be seen RAIDar. ...
One follow-up: after upgrading to 4.1.10, CIFS authentication appears to now only allow NTLMv2 clients to connect. I have an old Audiotron MP3 player that mounts an SMB share and to get it to connect I had to remove the password from its userid, plus I had to download and install the ToggleCaseSensitivity_1.0 add-on. So, something is dreadfully wrong with 4.1.10 and no one should upgrade to it unless specifically directed by Netgear as part of solving some other problem.
I'm gonig to call Netgear today to try and get this system working properly again.
