What is the likelihood that doing so would damage the data on the other two disks, etc.?
I'm considering the cloning route, but my cloning tools are windows-based. Not normally an issue, but the PC wants me to initialize the disks as MBR or GPT so they can be seen by the logical disk manager - can't see them in the cloning software if I don't; however, I'm concerned that this would make an irreversible change to the drive, thus rendering any other attempt to clone or sync impossible. Thoughts?
