NV+ default password doesn't work
Hi I am New User
I have inherited from and old IT company a ReadyNAS NV+, I ham trying to reset it which have done and I can see the shares using the unc path and IP but I cannot see how I can change the IP of the NAM - the raidar and ready nas software seem useless as the documentation says uses a certain user and password combo and neither work.
Can some please help as I am on on site with a client and this should be a very simple tas
Many thanks for help in advance
Regards

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredWhat do you see in the info (far right) column in RAIDar?
Can you confirm which NV+ you have?: http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how-to-tell-whether-i-have-a-duo-v1-or-duo-v2-or-nv-v1-or-nv-v2/
Sounds like you probably have a v1 which has a different default password to the v2.
