NV+ v2 poor performance

This review measured ~60 MB/sec read and ~40 MB/sec write for large sequential file access: http://archive.benchmarkreviews.com/ind ... mitstart=9
PC World measured ~80 MB/s read and ~37 MB/s write (again sequential large file tests). You won't get 80 MB/s write performance for sure.
Are jumbo frames off (the NV+ v2 doesn't support them)? Can you tell us more about your network (routers, switches, etc)?
Maybe also try NasTester, and see what speeds it measures. http://www.808.dk/?code-csharp-nas-performance
