NV+ X-RAID expansion resync time frame; case # 18641058
I realize resync could take hours, but my NV+ has been resyncing for 18 days now. I think that might be a little long, so need to know how I should proceed. I've read that I should not shutdown the NV...
Which LEDs are blinking? Can you describe the light pattern you see?
What do you see in RAIDar (http://www.readynas.com/downloads) particularly if you hover the mouse over the volume LED? What about on the LCD screen on the front of the unit (if this is off press the power button momentarily to turn the LCD screen back on).
There's no way a resync should take anywhere near that long.
Please open a tech support (http://www.readynas.com/support) case and edit the thread title (i.e. subject of first post in the thread) to include your case number.
