NV+ [X-RAID] Firmware Updates?
Hi, I have a NV+ [X-RAID] s/n 000da201b78c with firmware 4.00c1-p2 [1.00a037] that is working fine but hasn't had any TLC since about 2008. I would like to update to the latest available software...
Tried updating via the 'Check for Updates' button in FrontView - got 'Can't connect to remote server' error. Checked DNS entries, and they are are the same the ones shown for my router.
Downloaded the 4.1.13 (sparc) version for my NV+, unzipped into a folder, selected the RAIDiator-V4.1.13 file from that folder (63,441,408 bytes) and then clicked on 'Upload and Verify Image', but nothing happened. Did this several times, then checked the log - no relevant entries, although there were some from earlier in the day from other edits.
Am I missing something here?
