OS 6.1.7 no scheduled scrubbing?
Having lost the volume in the past on my Pro Business due to a double failure (second drive failed during a rebuild), I scheduled a weekly RAID scrubbing job to avoid this in the future, and I've been...
regardless how you initiate scrubbing and/or defragging, you need to be aware that this takes a long time.
In my case, scrubbing of 4TB of data took 24685 seconds which is close to 7 hrs.
I thought that scrubbing scans the *whole* disk space, but the output indicates that only the
occupied space on the disks was scrubbed?
In turn this could mean that when my disks contain more data, e.g. 20TB, then scrubbing could take 5 x 7 = 35 hrs?

btw. scrubbing of approx. 3TB of data on my Readynas Pro6 (6 x 2TB disks, Radiator 4.2.6) takes about 5 hrs,
which is in the same range.
