Perform NAS Disc Analysis Out of NAS
Is there any possible was to perform any type of analysis of a NAS disc outside of the NAS box?
This is my hail Mary before I do a Factory Default on my ReadyNAS Pro. Best case scenario is to be able to clone/copy the offending discs and not lose anything. Right now, with 2 discs not working, it's not looking good.
I have attempted to look at them in an external enclosure, but as expected, they don't show up as viable drives.

Not sure what you mean by "viable". Of course a Windows PC won't recognize the format, but it normally will detect the drives. Vendor diags (Seatools, etc) will find the drive and can test it, as will other tools that look at the raw drive. If these tools aren't finding the drives, then they probably are completely dead.
If you boot up the NAS with the disks in place, you can use smartctl to test them. Assuming the NAS sees the drives, you can also try copying each partition to /dev/null
