Performance boost to my Netgear ReadyNAS RN-104 with powerful switch
Hi everone. I have a switch HP A5012 JE074A. Im using my NAS for storage of movies and tv-shows. I was thinking if ethernet-teaming with my NAS through the mentioned switch would boost performance? ...
Thanks for all the answers so far. It really helped me out. When it comes to Plex (the server is located on another PC. But the movies etc are located on My NAS) I sometimes have three persons streaming from me simultaneously . Sometimes when I'm using Plex myself. In this scenario both the Plex Server PC and the NAS are working at high CPU loads.
What CPU load are you seeing on the RN104?
