yoh-dah, I've tested the new beta over the last few days and performance is fixed for me only when initiating a copy job from a PC. My scheduled backup jobs from the NAS are still stuck at ~5-7MB/s. I used the same shuffling of settings I described in my first post (Page 3, 10-11-11). I've since upgraded to a Jumbo Frame capable switch and have tried those options as well. I haven't tried a factory reset with the new beta.
