Permissions change to read only\ missing share

I tried shutting down the NAS from frontview.
The NAS will not shut down gracefully. Raidar loses the connection.
I can ping the box

The box will not shut down. The power button is unresponsive. It looks like i will need to pull the plug on the box again.
