It appears that your Load Cycle Counts are high. Did you run the WDIDLE /D and TLER ON on your WD Drives. I think the one with over a million LCCs may be a problem. See my prior posts for tips on running the WDIDLE and TLER dos programs on your WD green drives to halt LLC escalations. I have started replacing my WD20EADS drives with WD2003FYYS enterprise drives and they work great. They are about $225 on Amazon Prime.
