Please help. Frontview admin page do not load corectly Netgear Readynas NVX RNDX400E.
Hello! Please help.
I have a problem with my NAS (RNDX400E).
1 Update new firmware from frontview admin page.
2. Restart.
3. Booting.... (stop on booting, then nothing.. on display: "Booting...").
4. Found USB recovery tool v4.2.
5. Create USB recovery flash with last firmware update.
6. Make recovery with this flash disk.
7. System booting - Ok.
8. Raidar show all info (status) - disks, temperature, fun rpm....
9.Then run setup in Raidar, choose Raid.
10. Then all proccesses go automatically (raid, partitions, firmware instalation from internal memory to disk).
11. Rebooting.
12. Booting.
13. Raidar show only disk status (number of disks, firmware version and IP adress). That's all.
14. When I try load frontview admin page, view frame of frontview page only, no buttons, no info, nothing....
Please Help :)
I understand that now that the EEPROM data's been fixed you've now done a factory reset and the problem is resolved. Hope you had your data backed up as a factory default wipes all data, settings, everything.

Sounds like you might have too quickly resorted to USB Boot Recovery. I think the EEPROM on your system has probably been wiped. I've sent you a PM.

I understand that now that the EEPROM data's been fixed you've now done a factory reset and the problem is resolved. Hope you had your data backed up as a factory default wipes all data, settings, everything.
