I'm trying to post an issue, but every time I make the post, I see my post displayed, but in my profile it does not show the post and if I refresh the page that is showing my post, it says the topic ...

I’ve tried posting this issue multiple times, but the post keeps disappearing and I get ‘Access Denied’ when trying to view it later. Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it?"
