Hi all brought a 104 and a 102 a few weeks ago and have loved them but the 102 quickly filled up so decided to buy another 104 for all the kids stuff. Saw a ex demo advertised with 2 1tb drives at ...

when I first turned on the 104 it went straight into updating the firmware.
Yes would like to preserve the data on the drives from the 102 but not critical.
Yes just the 2 drives from the 102 are now in the 104.
No factory reset done.
How do I reinstall the os, I really am a newbie :D
