Try rebooting the NAS and see if that helps.
If not, you might need to contact support.

1. Did you notice any changes on the ReadyNAS device yesterday?
No, i did not do anything.
2. Did you try to use a different web browser or another computer to enable ftp on?
Yes but the same.
3. Please provide the current firmware version of the ReadyNAS device as shown in the admin page.
