When upgrade from 1TB to 2TB, it's recommended to take out only one drive (1TB) and insert a new drive (2TB) then wait for it to resync. At this time, you still only see 1TB for space. When the resync is completed, take out the second 1TB drive then insert second new 2TB then wait for it to resync. When the resync is completed, you will see 2TB
